SENIORS are invited to spend four days exploring new ideas in leisure and travel, health, fitness, aged care, retirement incomes, spirituality and finance at Beecroft Uniting Church's Seniors Week from July 13-16.
The expo will feature information stalls from about 30 exhibitors including Services NSW, Centrelink, travel agencies, funeral directors, financial management consultants and more.
The Heart Foundation, the Macular Degeneration Foundation, Kincare and the Stepping On falls prevention program will also be represented.
Keynote speaker will be Alzheimer's Australia NSW chief executive John Watkins and there will be a program of talks and activities across the week.
Cost is $10 for the four days and there will be a cafe operating on site.
The event will run from 10am-3pm Wednesday to Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday.
