AUDIENCES won’t be able to take their eyes off the stage when Jersey Boys returns to the Sydney stage next year.
The story of Frankie Vallie and the Four Seasons is one of the most successful shows in theatre history. It follows the band’s rise to fame and includes their global hits Can't Take My Eyes off You, Walk Like a Man, Bye Bye Baby, Sherry and Big Girls Don't Cry.
The 2010 Sydney season of Jersey Boys played for 15 months, making it one of the longest running musicals in Sydney's history, attracting both domestic and international audiences.
“Having celebrated Jersey Boys becoming the 12th-longest-running musical in Broadway history, Dodger Theatricals, TEG Dainty and myself are thrilled to be opening Jersey Boys at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney in August 2018,” said producer Rodney Rigby.
Auditions will be held in July and early August this year before the show opens at Sydney's Capitol Theatre in August 2018 for a strictly limited season.
